Returns Policy - The People's Flower Market LTD, Hemp Merchants of Belfast & Dublin
We trust that your purchases from The People's Flower Market will meet your expectations. However, if they don't, you have the option to return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability). Please ensure that the item is returned unused and in the same condition as when it left our dispatch, including any tags or boxes that accompanied the item. Buyers are responsible for covering any postage costs associated with the return, except in cases where the item received is not as described.
HOW TO RETURN
To initiate the return process and receive confirmation that your return will be accepted, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Items returned without this number cannot be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.
Follow these 3 steps:

Contact us: Email general.secretary@thepeoplesdankest.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your reason for return and include the invoice number found on the invoice, confirmation, or dispatch email.
Note: The People's Flower Market is not liable for any returns lost or damaged during transit. Returns will not be accepted beyond 14 days of receipt, or for items that have been used unless deemed faulty. In such cases, the cost of returning these items will be borne by the purchaser.
